Regressor is a tool developed by Applied Financial Technology that allows users to work directly with our Prepayment Model. It is a graphical user interface tool that allows users to directly compare projections from our Prepayment Model against actual historical prepayment speeds. It displays not only the total prepayment speed projection, but also the various subcomponents of the Prepayment Model.  In addition, it allows users to interactively fine tune the Prepayment Model parameters if they so desire.  It can also produce several different formatted prepayment reports including a history report and various interest rate scenario reports.
